The ignite card account area offers a great way to manage your account 24/7. Your ignite card can be used in over 34 Million locations worldwide, online and in-store - wherever you see the Mastercard Acceptance Mark.
Your ignite card is not a credit or debit card, so you only spend the amount that is loaded on to the card.

You must keep your prepaid card details secure at all times. If you lose your card or you suspect your card details have been compromised, you may lose your money on it, so please report your card lost or stolen online or contact our Lost and Stolen line without delay on +44 1604 640 498 (standard network charges apply); the line is open 24 hours everyday. You can also mark your card as lost or stolen directly from your online account. Please note you will then need to request a replacement card using the contact us page. Please be aware that there will be a £5 fee deducted from your card balance when requesting a replacement card.

Activating your ignite Prepaid Mastercard®

Activate the card online here. You will need to enter the card ID, date of birth, and the last six digits of the mobile number.
